IBIS 3* - 190  rooms;

ADAGIO 4* - 94  rooms.

Area of the apartments to be sold – 2 334 sq.m.

Total area – 35 000 sq.m: above ground – 25 000 sq.m. and under ground – 10 000 sq.m.

Automated parking (underground) – 142 parking lots.
