Retail Park Otradnoe was opened on the may 15, 2002 at the North-East of Moscow, next to the subway station Otradnoe.

Total area of the retail park is 38 000 sq.m..

160 of stores, café, restaurants located on the territory of the Retail Park Otradnoe, hypermarket Perekrestok, movie theatre Luxor, children’s fun zone and a department store bank branch of the Commercial bank “Slavyanskiy Credit”.

It is provided a parking zone for the customers for 850 parking lots.  

In 2003 Golden Babylon Otradnoe was recognized by the decision of the Retail Parks Rating Jury of Russia as the best shopping mall in Russia.

Presently, the retail park Golden Babylon Otradnoe is owned by the Austrian company IMMOFINANZ.
