Retail Park Golden Babylon Yasenevo was opened on the August 18 2006. at the South-West of Moscow, next to the subway station Yasenevo.

Total area of the retail park is 21 000 sq.m.

The territory of the retail park comprises 75 stores, café and restaurants, a hypermarket Perekrestok and a movie theatre Luxor.

It is provided a two-level parking for the customers.

In 2006 Golden Babylon Yasenevo was recognized by the decision of the Retail Parks Rating Jury of Russia as the best shopping mall in Russia.

Presently, the retail park Golden Babylon Yasenevo is owned by the Austrian company IMMOFINANZ.
